Audio-visual artist Sonarpilot recruits some of the undergrounds finest electronic music visionaries to rework soundtracks from his award winning fractal film series The Mirage Project.

In the first of three remix packages, South Africa’s most forward thinking electronic music artists, Jazzuelle re-paints the beautiful ‘Fossil’ and ‘CodeX’.

Jazzuelle’s Spectral Ensemble mix of ‘CodeX’ builds from an almost Squarepusher-tinged ambient soundscape into a hopeful and optimistic, off-beat deep house groove.

The Jazzuelle Darkside Remix of ‘Fossil’ delves even deeper with Warp-esque glitches and IDM tones that develop bit by bit into a warm, slow-mo deep house crawler.
